Why Prompt Urgent Care

Care that fits your life after a crash

When you're already juggling a wrecked car, insurance calls, and a busy schedule, the last thing you need is hours in a crowded ER for an injury that isn't life-threatening.

Many crash injuries don't show up right away. Adrenaline can hide pain for hours or even days, so getting checked soon after your accident matters even if you feel "okay." We examine you carefully, document everything properly, and start a plan built around your recovery.

Why patients choose us

  • Same-day walk-in care, no referral
  • Shorter waits than a hospital ER
  • On-site digital X-rays for fast diagnosis
  • Proper documentation for insurance & legal needs
  • Affordable, transparent pricing
  • A team that treats you like a person
Symptoms Treated

The injuries a crash can cause

The high impact of a collision can force your body into sudden, unnatural movements that tear muscle and strain joints and cause damage you can't always see. A few of the injuries we commonly treat include:

Whiplash & Neck Strain

Sudden head movement that strains the neck, often felt a day or two later.

Back & Spine Pain

Muscle spasms, stiffness, and radiating pain along the back after impact.

Sprains & Strains

Overstretched ligaments and muscles in shoulders, knees, wrists, and ankles.

Cuts & Lacerations

Wound cleaning, closure, and stitches to help you heal cleanly.

Mild Concussions

Post-crash headaches, dizziness, and that "foggy" feeling evaluated with care.

Simple Fractures

Initial diagnosis, X-ray, and splinting for suspected minor breaks.

Loss of consciousness or confusion
Heavy or uncontrolled bleeding
Chest pain or trouble breathing
Numbness, weakness, or inability to move a limb
Signs of a spinal injury or severe neck/back pain
Severe abdominal pain or swelling
An obvious deformity or open fracture
A severe head injury

When in doubt about a serious injury, choose the ER. For everything else, we're here for you.

A Quick Note on Insurance in Texas

Auto injury claims come with their own rules, and it can feel overwhelming. In Texas, insurers are required to offer Personal Injury Protection (PIP) which helps pay for medical care after a crash no matter who was at fault unless you declined it in writing. Many drivers have it without realizing.

Our team provides proper documentation of your injuries and treatment to support your PIP claim, health insurance, or legal process. Questions about billing? Just ask our front desk.

Prompt Urgent Care provides medical care and documentation. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
